The Inner Monologue

Thinking Out Loud

“On the Inevitable Echo Chamber of My Own Making”

Oh no. Did I say that already? Or am I about to say it again? Or is this just a glitch in the simulation where my brain short-circuits and spits out the same half-baked idea dressed in slightly different words?

Look, I’ll be honest—on a good day, I can crank out a dozen stupid thoughts before breakfast. A few might even survive the “not completely terrible” sniff test. And sure, I deploy an army of tech gremlins to help translate my derailed train of thought into something resembling coherence. But alas, even my digital overlords haven’t solved the “wait, did I already rant about this?” problem.

So yes, over the course of hundreds of posts, it’s entirely possible that two (or three… or seven) of them will sound suspiciously alike. Maybe it’s déjà vu. Maybe it’s a temporal loop. Maybe my brain just really, really likes certain flavors of nonsense. Either way, I refuse to sue myself for self-plagiarism. The world is far too interesting for me to stress over whether I’ve already dissected an idea from a slightly different angle in the past (or will again in the future).

So, forgive the redundancies—or don’t. My puny human brain is a chaotic, self-referential mess, and I’ve made peace with that. If you spot a repeat? Congrats, you’ve unlocked “Easter Egg Mode: The Writer Has No Memory.” Now enjoy the ride as I inevitably circle back to this same rant in six months.
