The United States Patriotic Agricultural Labor Initiative is pleased to announce a nationwide recruitment effort to strengthen the domestic agricultural workforce and restore traditional American food production.

Qualified USA-born American citizens are invited to apply for immediate placement assisting with the manual harvesting of fruits and vegetables across farms nationwide.

Duties and Responsibilities

Selected applicants will perform essential agricultural labor including:

Manual harvesting of fruits and vegetables

Field sorting, packing, and transport preparation

Extended outdoor work in variable weather conditions

Frequent relocation between agricultural job sites

Compensation and Conditions

In keeping with federal agricultural labor guidelines:

Hourly wage: $7.50 per hour

Work hours: Up to 60 hours weekly

Overtime: Not applicable under federal farm labor exemptions

Employment classification: Independent contractor

Benefits: None provided beyond federal legal requirements

Travel: Employees responsible for all transportation to assigned job sites

Per diem / lodging: Not provided

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Must be a USA-born American citizen

Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor

Prior experience hand harvesting crops preferred but not required

Must provide own transportation to agricultural sites anywhere within the United States

Willingness to work extended hours during harvest periods
