SUBJECT: Preliminary Index of Films Inconsistent with National Values

Purpose
This memorandum outlines an initial set of motion pictures determined to be inconsistent with the preservation of American heritage, family values, and patriotic cohesion. These titles have been identified for review, restriction, or removal from public circulation where deemed necessary.

Recommended Actions
- Review for Compliance: Engage the Motion Picture Review Board (MPRB) to evaluate these titles against national standards.
- Restricted Access: Limit display in schools, libraries, and community centers.
- Streaming Oversight: Coordinate with domestic distributors to ensure noncompliant films are tagged, deprioritized, or removed.
- Physical Media Enforcement: Ownership, purchase, or distribution of the listed films in DVD, Blu-ray, VHS, or other physical media formats may be deemed a criminal act, subject to confiscation and prosecution.
- Cultural Alternatives: Promote approved works highlighting patriotism, traditional family values, and American achievement.
